Contribute to a forward-thinking company that values its employees and fosters innovation.ResponsibilitiesAs anAccounts Payable Coordinator , you'll play a critical role in the company's success by managing essential AP functions, including: Verifying, reviewing, and processing invoices, check requests, and expense reports. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and promptly resolving discrepancies. Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries and maintaining accurate vendor accounts. Preparing and distributing checks while managing electronic payments. Maintaining detailed records of all AP transactions to ensure accuracy. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Preparing and filing required forms and generating accounts payable reports for management review. Assisting with month-end close and year-end audit processes. Collaborating with the field AP team, providing feedback, and identifying areas for process improvement. Supporting an ERP conversion to Sage Intacct for greater efficiency.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience:3+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally as anAccounts Payable Coordinator . Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills (assessment required). Industry Background:Construction industry experience is a plus. Software Knowledge:Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Titanium, or similar tools is preferred.
