Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to:VP, Head of Investor RelationsLocation:Summit, NJTravel %:10%Pay:USD $168,000 - $289,000What you will doThe Sr. Director, Investor Relations, will collaborate with the VP, Head of Investor Relations to develop and execute our investor relations strategy, communicate with key stakeholders, and provide valuable insights to the Kenvue Leadership Team. The primary operating objectives of the IR program are to educate and update investors and analysts on the corporate strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among the investment community. The role is integral in fostering and supporting strong and effective relationships with investors, analysts and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with the VP, Head of Investor Relations, responsible for developing and executing our investor relations strategy, communicating with key stakeholders, and providing valuable insights to our leadership team.Partner with internal stakeholders including FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Stewardship, Corporate Communications and others to gather and analyze data, while ensuring consistency of messaging, accuracy and regulatory compliance.Prepare press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, presentations and other information for quarterly earnings, conferences and other events.Perform financial modeling and work on various ad hoc projects analyzing results, historical trends, forecasts, peer benchmarking and other relevant information.Monitor and provide regular feedback to leadership about investor sentiment, analyst views, as well as broader economic, sector and market trends.Ensure analyst community has an accurate understanding of the financials and the corporate strategy.Serve as a secondary point of contact with investors and analysts.Conduct shareholder targeting to identify opportunities and organize outreach.Help organize shareholder meetings, as well as other investor events, such as conferences, calls, and non-deal road shows.Collaborate with and provide competitive intelligence to relevant internal teams.Collaborate with Treasury to support relationships with bondholders, credit analysts, and rating agencies.Mentor junior team members.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of work experience in equity research, investment banking or investor relations.Excellent oral and written communication skills including experience with presentations and financial communications.Experience and prior success in collaborative, cross-functional roles.Desired QualificationsExperience with financial modeling and accounting, with prior role(s) in finance functions.Experience in the consumer industry preferred.Demonstrated analytic, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Demonstrated ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment with utmost attention to detail.Ability to be flexible and nimble, while adhering to strict deadlines.Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from USD $168,000 - $289,000.
