Key Responsibilities for the Role Acquire new logos, take ownership of independent revenue targets, and expand our footprint in the mid-tier and enterprise space. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, leveraging an account-based approach for net-new accounts. Understand customers' IT landscapes, strategic initiatives, and challenges, positioning our offerings effectively to address their needs. Build relationships with AEs and partner managers from various platforms to establish Ranosys as their trusted delivery partner. Lead the entire sales cycle from qualification to closure, collaborating with internal teams, pre-sales, and delivery for a seamless execution. Key Qualifications & Requirements Sales & Salesforce Ecosystem Experience - 4-7 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years selling services within the Salesforce ecosystem (Commerce Cloud, CRM, MuleSoft, SFDC, etc.) across multiple industries. Outbound Sales & Consultative Selling - Passion for driving results through outbound sales, account-based marketing, and consultative selling by leveraging insights on the US market, challenges, and opportunities. Expertise in Services & Maintenance Contracts - Proven track record in selling sizeable services, maintenance contracts, and digital transformation initiatives powered by platforms and native technologies. Networking & Negotiation Excellence - Strong relationship-building skills and expert negotiation abilities, having closed complex, high-value deals that maximize benefits for both the customer and the organization. Leadership & Sales Execution - High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to lead internal teams during pre-sales, account management, and deal execution phases.
