Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr Job Description Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that align with organizational needs. Perform infrastructure architecture, research, development, and establish technology standards. Collaborate with business partners to clarify requirements and estimate project efforts. Manage vendor interactions and oversee contract/vendor resources as needed. Mentor junior engineers and review their documentation and proposals. Stay updated on Financial Services trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards. Promote an inclusive environment that reflects the company's brand. Complete other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, and architecture. Strong understanding of system development, infrastructure lifecycle, IT Service Management, and systems design. Expertise in Finastra's Loan IQ (Modules, SDK, APIs). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Advanced experience in infrastructure design, data management, and system development. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. Experience with project estimation, budgeting, and planning. Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
