Network Manager

firstPRO is now accepting resumes for a Network Manager role in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role and onsite 2-3 days per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain the bank's Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure that all backup and recovery procedures are following the expected RTOs and RPOs set within the bank's Business Continuity Plan. Ensure IT policies, procedures and documentation are updated as required. Install, configure, manage, secure, and optimize the LAN, WAN, and Datacenter infrastructure. Oversee and manage the bank's IT software and hardware life cycle policy to ensure that all technology is covered under the proper manufacturer support and maintenance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and increase performance. Completes other projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in information technology field or similar combination of training and experience Minimum of five years progressive experience in all aspects of banking operations, including managerial, planning, and organizational skills.
