Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $235,000.00/yr Who We Are We are Industry X, Infrastructure & Capital Projects. We are reinventing how capital projects are planned, designed, managed and executed. We help our clients efficiently and sustainably build and upgrade the factories, plants, networks, grids, transport and public infrastructure we need to live and work. The Work Develop, implement, and enforce HSSE policies, procedures, and standards that align with local regulations, industry best practices, and the owner's requirements. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to reduce workplace hazards while safeguarding project objectives. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, reporting deviations to the owner and initiating corrective actions. Implement robust security measures to protect personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring alignment with owner security protocols. Conduct regular HSSE training programs for all project personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, tailored to owner expectations. Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to evaluate safety conditions, security measures, and environmental compliance. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate HSSE standards into project planning, execution, and handover. Develop and oversee strategies to minimize environmental impact, such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and resource optimization. Monitor HSSE performance metrics and use data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. Here's What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience 10+ years of experience in HSSE roles, with a focus on construction or mission-critical data center projects Bonus Points If You Have Ability to travel or relocate to project locations Comprehensive knowledge of local and international safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards Experience with incident investigation methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Proficiency in HSSE software and reporting tools Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive a safety-first culture Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to high-pressure environments Certification in safety management is preferred We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
