RHM Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role would have a passion for automation and an interest in working directly with our teams of sales and recruiting professionals to understand their processes and mold Salesforce through layouts and flows to make their processes easier. Applicants for this role should have experience developing Screen Flows, designing custom objects and fields, and identifying creative solutions in Salesforce to meet business needs. Location: Applicants must be local to Oak Brook, IL as this is a hybrid role. Applicants must be willing to commute to Oak Brook Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We cannot relocate or support fully remote roles. Any applicants not in the Chicagoland area will be rejected without explanation. Please do not apply if you cannot commute. Duties/Responsibilities: Proactively analyze existing sales and recruiting processes and identify opportunities for technical enhancements and efficiencies, taking the initiative to propose and implement solutions in Salesforce. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to support sales and recruiting teams. Develop and maintain Flows to support automated processes. Develop and support customer reports and dashboards. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce updates. Provide ongoing support and training to users. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage Salesforce Projects. Work with vendors and consultants for specialized projects. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Ensure and plan for disaster recovery. Required Skills/Abilities: Experience working with Salesforce. Experience working with Talent Rover, Bullhorn a plus. Strong project management skills, including the use of tools like Jira or Asana. Experience managing Salesforce deployments with tools like Flosum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in documentation and change management. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a staffing/recruiting industry is highly desirable. Salesforce certification is a plus.
