Contract Manager

Job Description: THE OPPORTUNITY / RESPONSIBILITIES * Self-starter to work independently to timely draft, review, and negotiate a large variety of publishing agreements including author/artist, reprint, purchase, work-for-hires, amendments for trade and education groups. Experience working on licensing agreements with toy and media companies a plus. * Advise in-house staff about contract interpretation, industry custom and practice. * Mentor and collaborate with contract department staff and review agreements.
