Warehouse Supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. Assigning, directing and monitoring work of the Warehouse staff to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security. Salary Pay Range: Min $58,800.00 Annually Max $67,200.00 Annually This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law."¯ At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Responsibilities The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Warehouse Operations, on assigned shift, including assigning, directing, and monitoring work of the Warehouse staff to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security. Supervises and directs warehouse staff in performing work according to sound Warehouse operating principles & procedures, compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies and procedures. Monitor performance of staff to ensure timely pick-ups, deliveries, transfers and excellent customer service with zero damage or losses. Maintains effective inventory controls and records to ensure inventory accuracy and conducts cycle counts on predetermined schedule. Documents, records and reports all inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner. Trains Warehouse staff in effective operations, safety & security. Maintains a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policies. Prepares and submits daily and weekly paperwork in a timely manner. Recommends daily staffing requirements based on volume. Qualifications * Minimum of Two to Five Years' Distribution / Warehouse Operations Experience, with previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position. * Good Written & Verbal Skills; Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-up. * Good computer skills (AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes). * Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, with professional, positive, and Motivated Demeanor. * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish speaking / reading / writing a plus Organization Relationships: This position will interact with branch colleagues, leadership staff, and office /warehouse personnel. Must be able to work with customers, vendors, and outside organizations.
