We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our establishment. Job Summary: The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service. Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Monitor and maintain food quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Analyze financial reports and work to optimize profitability. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws. Lead team meetings and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and control costs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
