Pastry Supervisor

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants and located in the New York EDITION,  The Clocktower   serves modern cuisine with a palpable U.K. sensibility. The restaurant is comprised of three intimate dining rooms and a lively bar. Our menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements; the inspired wine program features a one-of-a-kind Champagne cart and a 250-bottle list that highlights both Old and New World producers. We are now hiring a skilled  Pastry Supervisor  w ho is passionate about team development and all things desserts to work closely with Executive Pastry Chef Jansen Chan. This full-time position requires the ability to work shifts starting at 6 AM. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, create, and execute a variety of desserts and baked goods with precision and creativity. Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist with oversight of ordering, inventory, and DOH standards.  Support hiring, training, and development of pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.
