6R Hospitality LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and driven General Manger to help assist our growing operations team through managing one of our storefronts. With 5 locations throughout both Brooklyn and Manhattan, we are rapidly expanding and looking for eager hospitality professionals searching out career and growth opportunities with our group. Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end or upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail programs. Solid understanding of financial management, PandL statements, and cost control. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer literacy to handle administrative tasks effectively.
