Role Purpose Statement The Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices within our Customer Service Centers. This position is responsible for managing key account and charter billing, reconciling billing records, and conducting audits to ensure accuracy in financial documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on special projects. Main Accountabilities Process key account billing Process charter billing - obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, e.g., flight checks Keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference. Other duties as assigned. Work independently and within a team on special projects.
