The role will involve drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and working on multidistrict litigation (MDL). The ideal candidate will be a proactive, team-oriented attorney with strong communication and case management skills and a demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters. Location: Duties: Handle products liability litigation cases, including drafting legal briefs, correspondence, and responses to discovery. Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews. Manage document collection, review, and production. Perform causation and failure analysis in product liability cases. Assist in managing multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state proceedings. Provide strategic input and collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and client management. Communicate with clients, providing updates and discussing case strategies. Work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation. Familiarity with handling complex commercial litigation and product defect cases. Experience in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and conducting depositions. Knowledge of causation and failure analysis is highly preferred. Experience in multidistrict litigation (MDL) or coordinated state proceedings is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent case management and organizational abilities. Active membership in the California State Bar. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to practice in California. Skills: Strong litigation and trial preparation skills. Ability to handle complex legal issues and cases. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
