Motivated to revolutionise the Payments landscape and now looking for a strategic sales leader professional to land and expand in the US.The Role:The Business Development (BD) Director will lead the expansion efforts, targeting new regional and local banks across the Eastern U.S. This role requires a goal-oriented professional with a results-driven mindset and a strong passion for delivering measurable success.The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter-style role, excelling at identifying and securing new business opportunities within the banking sector while also nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the US GTM strategy.Hunt and secure net new logo customers within local and regional banks.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Develop strategies to streamline cross border money movement for regional/local banks.Self-generate pipeline with ad hoc support from the channel ecosystem and SDR team.Monitor Banking Partnerships.Required Experience:Minimum of 10 years' experience selling Payment solutions.Minimum of 10 years' experience in Banking Industry, particularly with local and regional banks.In-depth knowledge of the U.S. banking system related to cross-border money transfers, including regulatory frameworks like AML and FinCEN.Experience as one of the first sales hires in a new region (preferred).Prior experience within start-up or scale-up vendors (highly beneficial).Why Join?Be at the forefront of Payments innovation.Opportunity to shape the growth and success of the US region.Growth potential to scale into a Country Leader in the future.Competitive package (Base, Double OTE and comprehensive benefits).Ready to make an impact?
