This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and help shape the company's future.What You'll Do:Manage the financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.The Project Controller will track project costs, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to project managers and leadership.Prepare monthly financial reports, including Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and cash flow analysis.Review and approve project invoices, subcontractor payments, and change orders.The Project Controller will collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and financial guidelines.Support the month-end close process by reconciling project accounts and ensuring proper revenue recognition.The Project Controller will identify financial risks and recommend cost-saving strategies.What We're Looking For:✔️ 5+ years of project accounting experience in construction or a related industry.✔️ Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.✔️ An entrepreneurial mindset-someone who takes initiative and finds solutions.✔️ Experience with ERP systems and job costing is a plus.If you're ready to take on a key role in a thriving construction company, apply today!
