We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team, ensuring the highest quality of culinary excellence. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Italian cuisine, a passion for creativity, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. Proficiency in both Italian and English is required to facilitate smooth communication with both local and international staff and guests. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste. Develop and refine menus, incorporating authentic Italian flavors and innovative techniques. Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to optimize kitchen efficiency. Work closely with restaurant management to align culinary offerings with business goals. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in an Italian restaurant. Expertise in traditional Italian cuisine . Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with staff and guests. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
