Director of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to join our growing sushi brand in Midtown.  Are you a master at creating systems? Do you have several years of experience overseeing all operations for high volume restaurants? Are you knowledgable and passionate about Japanese cuisine? This role has tremendous upside as we grow and create the top brand of affordable but high-quality sushi in the nation. Compensation ranges between $120-$150k in year one, with targets of $200k+ after 2 years.  Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in sushi restaurants. • Mastery of inventory management. • Experience with restaurant openings, building out systems, establishing processes for FOH+BOH. • Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine • Knowledge of food delivery apps, fast-casual dining, takeout/delivery systems.
