Experience with supporting/troubleshooting telephony systems (configuration) Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and detail-oriented skills Nice to Have Call center/patient experience IT/telephony troubleshoot support/experience Job Responsibilities The Access Center Operations Data and Technology Support Specialist is responsible for obtaining, verifying, and managing call management data. This includes data collection, verification, assurance, and analysis. This position will also provide support and troubleshoot systems issues related to Access Center operations and Transfer Center telephony. Strives for a high level of customer service Maintains warm, courteous, and professional behavior in accordance with the Medical - Healthcare Institution/Keck customer service standards while interacting with contacts, both internal and external Maintains consistent accuracy in all tasks associated with job role and responsibilities daily Exhibits collegial and professional demeanor in all interactions Included in on-call schedule for telephony-related incidents and issues Responsible for build and maintenance of system dictionaries and logs related to Patient Access Center operations Primary resource in Access Center for Startel configurations related to Access Center operations and Transfer Center Investigate, research and resolve moderately complex systems issues Respond to requests and document issues related to system issues in Access Center operations and Transfer Center telephony Serve as primary contact and liaison between Access Center operations, Medical - Healthcare Institution Keck Telecomm/IT and vendor(s) Takes initiative and ownership of Access Center operations system-related issues and concerns to final reporting/resolution Add/Update/Edit/Maintain Access Center SharePoint365 and subsite Configure Department/Provider/Employee system-related onboarding forms and permissions Configure Department/Provider/Employee system-related offboarding forms and permission revocation Assist with data compilation, updates, and removal in Phynd of general information Produce Affinity reports for Access Center management Produce ad hoc reports for Access Center management Maintains and refreshes Access Center internal "wallboard" dashboards Pull call recordings for Access Center management as needed Participates in periodic review with Access Center management for data integrity, validation, and quality assurance Demonstrates ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing assignments timely and appropriately Benefits (employee contribution)Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. inSync will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
