Technical Facilities Scheduler - NBC Sports Full-time Business Segment: NBC Sports We create world-class content, which we distribute across our portfolio of film, television, and streaming, and bring to life through our theme parks and consumer experiences. We own and operate leading entertainment and news brands, including NBC, NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC Sports, Telemundo, NBC Local Stations, Bravo, USA Network, and Peacock, our premium ad-supported streaming service. As a Technical Facilities Scheduler, you are responsible for building and managing the scheduling of NBC Sports television production facilities in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling production facilities such as television Control Rooms, Studios, Announce booths, IFB and PL COMMS Supporting Operations in scheduling server ingest channels, REM and routers, transmissions to and from the venues, and transmissions to and from NBC facilities in the United States Train and support users of ScheduALL in all departments Assist in the development and maintenance of the ScheduALL database and system Basic Requirements: Minimum two (2+) years' related Television experience Minimum two (2+) years' related Scheduling experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Desired Characteristics: Computer savvy Detail-oriented Excellent organizational skills Good understanding of production facilities Ability to partner with all levels across the business Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older Willingness to work overtime and on weekends Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
