Job DescriptionPay Rate: $85/hourLocation: Iselin, NJ 08830, United States orChicago, IL 60606 - HybridContract - 6 + Months with possible extension or conversion Job Title: Senior Compliance and Governance Auditor & Tester Location: Pennington, NJPay Range: Based on the experience What's the Job? Support ECM Compliance, Test Coverage, and Traceability in accordance with enterprise requirements. Report deviations to compliance per feature team per release and educate teams on adherence to requirements. Ensure effectiveness of test scripts to support assigned compliance reviews and identify non-compliance. Evaluate current compliance-related controls and devise strategies for improvement. Develop metrics and trends on ECM issues to assist in sustaining compliance. What's Needed? Thorough understanding of enterprise compliance requirements and experience in governing its adoption. Experience with Agile tools (Jira), Agile Methodology, and Change Management. Ability to perform effective root cause analysis for non-compliance issues. Strong coordination skills to work with business and functional teams for effective test coverage. Experience in developing and improving ECM Testing Methodology. What's in it for me?
