Job Description As the Director of Enterprise DSPs, you will drive revenue growth and operational excellence for InMobi's ad exchange. Reporting to the VP of Demand Partnerships, you'll manage top-tier enterprise DSP and SSP relationships, oversee a team of three Demand Partner Managers (DPMs), and take on a player-coach role to scale our most impactful partnerships. *This role is in-person and onsite in our New York, NY or San Mateo office and is not open to remote locations. The impact you'll make Develop and execute global DSP and SSP strategies to achieve annual revenue goals. Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Manage and scale partnerships with enterprise DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon), including contract negotiations and platform updates. Manage, mentor, and lead a team of three DPMs, driving growth across open and private exchange channels. Foster senior relationships with DSP partners to increase adoption of InMobi's exchange inventory across formats, such as video, and emerging channels such as web and CTV. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Supply, and Trading) to launch features, deals, refine integrations, and uncover growth opportunities. Drive alignment and decision-making by utilizing clear frameworks, excellent communication, and thoughtful data-driven analyses. Monitor DSP performance, analyze key metrics, and present strategic recommendations to leadership. Ensure seamless OpenRTB integrations, bidder health, and operational excellence. Conduct regular partner reviews, QBRs, and trend analyses to align strategic goals. Represent InMobi at all important conferences and partner events. Drive partner satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. The experience we need 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, partnerships, or AdTech leadership. Proven success in exceeding sales targets and scaling major DSP partnerships (e.g., DV360, TTD, Amazon). A proven leader who inspires teams, drives results, and cultivates a curious, agile culture focused on delivering for customers. Strong knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and omni-channel AdTech dynamics, including web and CTV. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Deep industry relationships and thought leadership within the programmatic ecosystem. Passion for innovation and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong storytelling abilities to communicate value propositions and drive engagement.
