Investor Relations Associate / Junior VP Job Title: Investor Relations Associate / Vice President Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2/3 Days in Office) A growing private equity real estate firm is seeking its first dedicated Investor Relations professional to help scale investor outreach and fundraising efforts. With a strong track record and plans to raise a second fund this year , this is a rare opportunity to build the IR function from the ground up while also contributing to business development and capital raising . Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations: Manage LP communications, reporting, and investor requests. Fundraising Support: Help drive capital raising efforts, targeting RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. Business Development: Expand outreach and build relationships with new investors. Marketing & Strategy: Develop fund marketing materials, presentations, and investor updates. Who We're Looking For: 3-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within private equity, real estate, or alternatives . Strong communicator with the ability to engage existing LPs and source new relationships . Entrepreneurial mindset"”someone who thrives in a fast-growing, hands-on environment .
