About the Role As a leader in the gaming and intrinsic advertising spaces, the Technical Account Manager at Frameplay will execute as part of a foundational role in a growing advertising business. This person will report into the Director of Ad Operations and live within the Commercial Operations org. A strong candidate will have experience supporting direct and programmatic sales efforts, working cross-functionally across many different teams. Experience with proprietary ad servers is a plus. This candidate is able to constantly navigate between their skills building a technically sound foundation while pursuing aggressive revenue goals. Location This is a remote role, but we will only consider US-based candidates in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York. Role Responsibilities Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize issues on live campaigns and with our proprietary ad server. Join sellers and/or account managers on client calls, meetings, and e-mail communication to answer tactical questions. Setup and manage programmatic campaigns across all clients, platforms & technology partners, owning relationships with Trading Desks, DSPs, and SSPs. Create foundational infrastructure of programmatic revenue including deal management and troubleshooting before and after technical integration. Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Engineering, and Product to meet Frameplay's aggressive revenue goals through programmatic partners. Provide guidance on best tactics (targeting, ad sizes, and formats) for specific goals & KPIs. Work closely with the Programmatic Sales team to develop strategies to identify top spending advertisers within the open auction and shift that spending to direct programmatic channels. Required Skills & Experience At least 4-6 years of similar experience in a technically related role. Comfortable in media data analysis and reporting. Comfortable working internally and externally troubleshooting campaigns. Experience managing complex inventory landscapes with a preference to candidates with exposure to gaming and/or global inventory and revenue management. Leverages experience and external resources to stay up to date on industry trends in ad technology and programmatic spaces. Benefits Competitive compensation package. This position is primarily a hybrid position, and we will consider applicants only in the specified geographic locations. We honor pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 for candidates based in San Francisco, plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a meaningful equity package, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location. Bands listed are for SF based employees.
