App Security Specialist (onsite)

App Security Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA-5 Concourse Pkwy, Georgia, United States (Onsite) Job Summary Responsibilities Manage the Secret infrastructure ensuring its availability, scalability, and security for enterprise secrets management. Maintain and grow the client's encryption at rest and Secrets Management infrastructure. Collaborate with partners to create and implement security processes that use the Secret Vault solution. Facilitate onboarding new applications and services with stakeholders. Define, document, and enforce policies and procedures for the Secret Vault. Create test cases to ensure compatibility across different platforms. Implement and validate security controls. Monitor the service levels of Secret Infrastructure solution and address issues, assist in identifying and remediating security events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in network engineering, information security, computer science, or related field preferred. 8+ years of information technology engineering experience. 4+ years hands-on experience with AKeyless, HashiCorp, or similar technology in a production environment. 2+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) and Vault integration in cloud environments. 1+ year experience with security protocols such as TLS, PKI, authentication mechanisms, etc. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
