Staff Management: o Supervise a team of cargo handlers, loaders, and equipment operators. o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed. o Ensure that all staff adhere to safety and operational procedures. 3. Safety and Compliance: o Enforce adherence to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. o Ensure compliance with airport regulations, airline policies, and industry standards. o Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections. 4. Coordination and Communication: o Communicate with Load Master / Load Verifiers to coordinate cargo operations. o Manage the scheduling and timing of cargo loading and unloading to meet flight schedules. 5. Equipment Management: o Oversee the use and maintenance of cargo handling equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor belts, K-Loaders, tugs and dollies. o Ensure that equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed. 7.
