Assistant Server

Tadhana, a Michelin Guide-recognized contemporary Filipino tasting menu restaurant in NYC, is looking for experienced Assistant Servers to join our team. We are seeking hospitality-driven professionals with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in upscale or high-volume dining. As an Assistant Server at Tadhana, you will play a vital role in curating an intimate and elevated dining experience , delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to our guests. Tadhana specializes in a thoughtfully curated tasting menu experience that requires a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to engage guests with precision, warmth, and hospitality. Our service is highly personalized, ensuring each guest enjoys an intimate and elevated dining journey. Responsibilities: • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere • Provide detailed menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations • Take and accurately process food and beverage orders • Deliver food and beverages in a timely and precise manner , ensuring a seamless dining experience • Anticipate guests' needs and respond to special requests with efficiency • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently using Clover POS system • Manage reservations and guest seating using Resy • Assist in opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting • Preferred but not required: Experience in tasting menu setup  • Familiarity with Resy (reservation system) and Clover (POS system) is preferred • Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while maintaining attention to detail • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences • Professional demeanor and polished appearance • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods What We Offer: • Competitive pay and tips • Growth opportunities within a Michelin-listed restaurant • A dynamic and supportive team environment • The opportunity to work alongside Chef Frances Tariga and a talented culinary team ?
