Our technology automates the most time-consuming aspects of the valuation process, enabling investment professionals to focus on strategic decision-making and critical insights.Learn more at 2025 $55M Series B, the largest in the industry, was led by Goldman Sachs, with participation from Golub Capital and Hamilton Lane, with continued support from Blackstone, Fidelity International Strategic Ventures and Broadhaven Ventures.Managing Director - Real Estate Valuation & New Product DevelopmentYou will play a critical role in providing expert analysis and valuation services for a wide range of clients and prospects globally as well as focusing on new product development.Your extensive knowledge and expertise in Real Estate Valuation, gathered in a large RE Fund, as well as considerable exposure to the emerging technologies used in the field (perhaps because of your direct involvement in one of the new products) will be instrumental in developing our solution further.Location: USA/ flexibleRole & Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to drive innovation within the Real Estate capabilities of the platform.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and functional, to develop and expand the product depending on the needs of the market.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand our presence in the US market.Manage Proof of Concept (POC), pilots, implementation, and customer success relations with our clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, tailoring valuation approaches accordingly.Maintain US client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process.Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and offerings.Mentor and provide guidance to junior valuation professionals as needed.Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.Qualifications & Requirements:Previous experience in a large Real Estate Fund environment is a must.Previous experience of building a product in technology a must.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 15 years of experience in valuation, with a proven track record of New product development (technology) handling complex valuation projects as well as use and leveraging of technological solutions in Real Estate Valuation.Experience in a FinTech environment highly desirable.Strong client relationship management and business development skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.Compensation:We offer a competitive salary package along with Stock Options and company benefits.To apply for this position, please submit your resume outlining your interest and how your skills and qualifications align with this role at #J-18808-Ljbffr
