Senior Business Analyst - AML Process OptimizationDavies Group Consulting is seeking aSenior Business Analystwith expertise inAML (Anti-Money Laundering) case investigation process optimization . This is a 6 month contract role that will focus onredesigning and improving AML investigation workflows , includingalert investigation, escalation, SAR filing, and AML transaction monitoring . Actimize case management experience is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Lead theend-to-end process redesignfor AML case investigations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.Identifygaps and inefficienciesin AML transaction monitoring, alert investigations, and escalation procedures.Collaborate withcompliance, risk, technology, and operations teamsto implement improvements.Work with Actimizecase management systems , ensuring seamless integration and configuration.Supportautomation and data-driven enhancementsin AML monitoring and investigation processes.Provide expertise inAML regulations, including BSA, OFAC, FATF, KYC , and ensure alignment with compliance standards.Develop and documentbusiness requirements, workflows, and process improvementsfor AML case handling.Partner with technology teams to optimizeAML monitoring toolsand improve case management systems.Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience inAML investigations, SAR filing, transaction monitoring, and alert escalation .Strongprocess optimization experience , with a track record of improving AML case investigation workflows.Knowledge ofAML regulatory requirements (BSA, OFAC, FATF, KYC, etc.) .Experience working withActimize case managementand other AML compliance tools.Strongdata analysis skills , with the ability to leverage automation and analytics for AML improvements.Experience working inbanks, financial services firms, or fintech .Exceptional communication skills to interact with compliance, risk, and technology teams.Seniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:ContractJob function:Analyst and Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
