Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. This position is reserved for candidates who have either come through the Company ranks in the CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager position, or have prior industry experience and are willing to work for a period of time with the Company until a position becomes available.CompensationThe General Manager is a salaried position with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results.Work ScheduleThis position is the most demanding in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night shifts.
