You must be detail-oriented and a master collaborator, ready to prepare, plan and implement program initiatives and monitor their progress to completion.This role reports to the Clinical Director and manages the Case Managers and Operations staff. While focused on the day-to-day operations, you will also have direct contact with the owners and be influential in defining and developing program initiatives.What you'll doDaily OperationsManage daily operations that support and implement our current program objectivesStrategically map out a program schedule and timelines then ensure it is followedOversee and advise program staff in various tasksEnsure the smooth and proper functioning of current programsStrategic Vision and LeadershipAssess and manage program risksSuggest innovative plans and processes to improve program functionsDevelop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivitySet goals for the programs and track progress, setbacks, and overall performanceTrack, record, and compile program performance dataAnalyze program results and present findings to managementSeek out new and creative program ideas to implementCommunity and CultureOversee and plan community and culture events for both staff and clientsHandle tough calls, crisis, and critical client situationsSupport team morale and a community focused on client care and experience.QualificationsEducation:BA or MA degree in Addiction Studies or related health/behavioral science field, or equivalent experience and certificationsExperience: 3-5+ years of previous SUD or Behavioral Health experience with a growing level of responsibility and leadership.Certificates & Licenses: Advanced SUD/AOD Counselor certification recognized by DHCS. CADC, CATC, SUDCC or higher required. Alternatively, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC)Skills:Strong business senseOrganized and detail-orientedExceptional communications skills, both oral and writtenAdept at Case Management and ready to train, mentor and develop Case ManagersData management skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite and ExcelAdditional Requirements:Negative TB test within past yearAbility to pass pre-employment and/or random drug screeningsBENEFITS:Medical, vision and dental insurance.401(k) plan with 3% matchingPaid vacation.Paid holidays.Full-time,$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearThe pay range for this role is: 65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (The Edge Treatment Center)#J-18808-Ljbffr
