Our client, a high-end diamond jewelry company, is seeking a strategic and results-driven CEO to head the U.S. sales office, leading a team to strengthen account relationships and drive sales growth to align with the company's vision.Responsibilities:Create and lead a comprehensive business plan for the US market that mirrors the company objectives.Increase sales through strategic business plans.Build key retailer partnerships while growing distribution and market channels.Lead and support sales team members to set performance goals, motivate, and coach developments.Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow, streamline communication, and adhere to company policies and compliance.Develop and oversee annual financial budgets.Keep track of financial performances such as revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.Set up policies and procedures.Oversee HR functions inclusive of hiring, performance, and development in collaboration with HR personnel.Manage vendor and supplier contracts.Collaborate with marketing to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and demand.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5+ years of proven experience in executive leadership roles within the fine jewelry industry.Proven track record of growing sales, managing finances, and growing market share.Keen knowledge of the US jewelry market and established relationships with industry players and retailers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Able to represent the values of a luxury brand, exemplifying cultural awareness and sensitivity.Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and working with a global company.Please submit your resume for consideration!#J-18808-Ljbffr
