The SVP will provide leadership for all aspects of the region's operations with an emphasis on strategic planning, business development, and overall revenue growth. The SVP oversees title operations in the key markets of California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Missouri, Utah, and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory with approximately 25% travel required.Responsibilities:Cascade Realogy corporate strategy to local business units by setting clear expectations and creating roadmaps to unify local strategic priorities with corporate objectives.Drive transformational change throughout the region by focusing on developing and stretching talent, increasing centralization, and identifying growth opportunities.Develop, own, and execute a strategic growth plan for the region, including devising, prioritizing, and adapting a go-to-market strategy.Research market patterns and trends to make data-driven decisions regarding operational and growth plans.Manage overall margin growth and P&L responsibility for the region, including budgeting, cost control, planning, and staff management.Provide leadership and direction to various levels of management, including performance management, mentoring, and career planning.Ensure positive engagement of the employee population.Partner with legal and compliance departments to ensure consistent policies and practices for risk assessment.Delegate and assign projects to the regional leadership team to streamline production and improve quality.Participate in and lead company-wide initiatives pertaining to business development, strategic planning, and risk management.Your Qualifications:Proven track record in building revenue through organic growth and robust business development.10 years of management experience; previous experience in a real estate-related industry is preferred but not required.Experience in leading projects requiring complicated decision-making and demonstrated strong change management principles.Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated profit and loss responsibility.Excellent project management skills with significant experience developing and implementing solutions.Proven ability to lead by example and drive employee commitment.Exceptional people skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and leadership.A four-year college degree in a business-related field is preferred.Location: Irvine, CA#LI-CH1#J-18808-Ljbffr
