Experience Required : Minimum 10 years in Capital MarketsPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, working with prestigious clients in Boston and New York. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in capital markets, coupled with exceptional IT skills and a comprehensive understanding of trading systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.Facilitate scope and requirement gathering workshops to define project deliverables and objectives.Lead the delivery and execution of projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.Provide functional expertise on trading, risk management, valuations, and settlements.Liaise with IT teams to design and implement effective solutions leveraging systems like Murex, Calypso, Finastra, Eagle, and Simcorp.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment and communication.Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to stakeholders, outlining project progress and outcomes.Required Skills and Experience :A minimum of 10 years of experience working within capital markets.Proven experience with systems such as Murex, Calypso, Finastra, Eagle, and Simcorp.Strong functional knowledge of trading, risk management, valuations, and settlements.Excellent IT skills with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.Demonstrated ability to conduct scope and requirements workshops, with experience in delivery and execution of complex projects.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Educational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
