Remote work is allowed.Role OverviewAssociate Partners are integral members of our firm's leadership team, contributing to firm-building efforts while managing 1-2 consulting engagements at a time. Engagements typically span 3-6 months in duration and are supported by teams of 2-4 Consultants and Analysts.ResponsibilitiesOversee and guide large-scale Epic Tapestry projects, from implementation oversight to optimization, ensuring alignment with the client's business needs and healthcare goals.Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for managed care workflows, risk contract management, claims processing, and integration with other Epic modules (e.g., Epic Resolute, Epic Healthy Planet).Manage a team of junior consultants, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Work closely with clients' clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, develop detailed workflows, and configure Epic Tapestry to meet client needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.Identify opportunities for improvement in existing Epic Tapestry configurations, offering actionable recommendations to enhance system performance.Oversee the development of training materials and user documentation. Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use of Epic Tapestry.Qualifications and Desired SkillsPrior management consulting experience is strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Epic Tapestry.Proven experience leading and managing Epic Tapestry implementations for large healthcare systems.Deep understanding of managed care processes, risk-based contracts, and population health management workflows.At least 5+ years managing others.Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.Superior communicator able to convey insights effectively.Salary range: $175,000-$240,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
