The US Managing Director is to lead Enteractive in the US with a particular focus on commercial development and Operator Account Development. The Managing Director will have P&L responsibility and is to spearhead US account management which means fostering strategic client relationships with top-tier US online gaming operators. The US MD will be working closely with the Group CEO, the global functional departments based on Malta, as well as the rest of the global delivery organization to ensure operational efficiency and that client needs are met.Location: Fort Lauderdale, FloridaResponsibilitiesManage and lead all US commercial relationships, including:Develop strong customer relationships with relevant operational and executive stakeholders at operators; acting as the main point of contact for customers within the organization.Drive development of the US P & L.Lead US Facing Key Account Manager team in order to maximize revenue development on assigned accounts.Optimise lead mix received from client to ensure strong ROI.Continual monitoring of client feedback and alignment with technical, operational and account management teams to optimize client outcomes.Leverage sector and market expertise to facilitate a consultative sales approach to gain a clear understanding of the operator customer's business value drivers and requirements.Oversee production and presentation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for clients covering key initiatives and KPIs.Responsible for achieving the long term strategic and visionary goals for the US entity.Work closely in tandem with the Head of the US Reactivation Operations and the Global B2B Sales Organisation in Malta including:Aligning on production targets.KPI target setting and tracking, including US production numbers.Shape Enteractive's US brand presence via collaboration with marketing and PR teams, including:Organise and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.Coordinate and deliver on US-focused thought leadership and marketing materials.Develop our best practices to increase revenues and strengthen player loyalty for Enteractive's operator partners in the US in tandem with the US delivery organisation and with Enteractive's headquarters in Europe.Regularly report strategic insights and updates, KPIs and the status of operator key accounts to the CEO and Board.Oversee the strategic development of key operational functions across HR, IT, Finance, B2B, and Reactivation Sales, ensuring smooth interdepartmental collaboration.Monitor the performance of key departments and staff, regularly reviewing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the US, while maintaining Enteractive's high standards of business ethics and practices.Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs, ensuring financial goals are met.Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement across the business, optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and overall operational effectiveness.Any other duties within and out of the regular place of work as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time, subject to these reasonably corresponding with your job title.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar executive role, with experience in leading and growing a business.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with C-level executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.Experience in managing client accounts and business development within the US market.Familiarity with US labour laws, regulations, and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.What We Offer:A salary package that reflects both industry standards and your experience.Comprehensive Health Coverage that is Employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for you.Paid Time OffMeals are provided Monday through Friday at our Ft.
