Today, with over 60 stores, eCommerce and Wholesale businesses, Lolli and Pops is bringing joy and magic to people of all ages.We are excited to announce we are hiring for a Chief Financial Officer.We are seeking a results-driven candidate for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CFO is responsible for developing and leading complex financial and operational strategies across company departments. The CFO works closely with the CEO to budget and track the company performance. This role requires someone passionate about consumer goods and retail and continuous growth of business and people. The candidate must demonstrate a strong aptitude for fiscal management, continuous improvement of sales and profitability, and ensure efficiencies across the company. We offer a hybrid-remote workplace, and this role is required to be on-site in our Denver office three days per week.The Controller, FP&A, IT and Supply Chain report into the CFO.CFO Responsibilities:Develops best-in-class skills around accounting, forecasting, budgets, audits and analysis, and recommendations to executive team.Establishes operational strategies by establishing critical measurements; determining productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; resolving problems; implementing change.Researches economic trends and revenue opportunities; projects expansion prospects; analyzes organization operations; identifies opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement.Evaluates strategic areas in Planning Inventory and Supply Chain that provide wide company performance improvements and optimize cash flow.Manages Information Technology performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.Contributes financial expertise in the planning of new cost-saving initiatives that generate additional profit for the company.Ensures that the Company meets necessary financial regulatory and compliance requirements.Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Leads with company values and upholds the financial and company mission.CFO Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (MBA preferred).Professional accounting designation preferred but not required (CA, CMA, CPA).10 years plus proven track record as a senior financial manager.Must be based in Denver Metro area.
