R&D Circuits, a member company of Advantest America, Inc., is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry. Primary Responsibilities: Set up and operate AOI equipment according to established procedures. Load and unload PCB layers onto the AOI machine. Monitor the inspection process and analyze inspection results. Identify and classify defects detected by the AOI system. Verify and rework identified defects, including welding openings and cleaning shorts. Check trace width, space, and resist to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and defect data. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve inspection issues. Undertake preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of AOI machines. Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
