A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. Responsibilities: Serve as a hands-on technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of other development resources, including internal and external team members. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing portfolio of applications and services. Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the software stack. Work on emerging technology trends, especially in SaaS, cloud computing, and DevOps space to identify and implement better solutions to address business needs. Execute in a smart way to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business value. Determine root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions. Adopt an API centric approach of integrating to mid-office applications and to partners. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management. Develop software solutions by identifying user needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and business processes. Follow the software development lifecycle. Document and demonstrate solutions by producing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Write unit test code that demonstrates code correctness. Work closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and analysts. The base pay range for this position is $142,000- $190,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set.
