Fuel Account Growth : Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential. Manage Renewals with Confidence : Proactively engage clients to secure timely contract renewals, ensuring seamless service transitions. Maximize Revenue Streams : Strategize and implement innovative ways to monetize childcare provider accounts acquired through partnerships. Solve Problems, Fast : Tackle client issues with speed and professionalism, always aligning solutions with business objectives. Leverage Data for Insights : Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, assess contract outcomes, and suggest impactful improvements. What You Bring 8+ Years of Experience : Proven success in consulting, account management, or client relationship roles. Revenue Expertise : A strong grasp of strategies to drive revenue growth, particularly in marketplace models. Exceptional People Skills : Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that build trust and inspire collaboration. Project Management Prowess : An ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment without missing a beat.
