Developing pricing structures and strategies for personal lines of insurance products. Conducting thorough market analysis to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. Collaborating with product development teams to innovate and refine insurance products. Applying advanced actuarial techniques to assess risks and tailor pricing solutions accordingly. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in all pricing and product development processes. Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Key Skills Required The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences: Proven expertise in Personal Lines Pricing and Product Development within the Insurance sector.
