IT Project Manager You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees' growth. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by empowering America's Soldiers today and in the future. As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of efficient and effective digital solutions to automate key organization processes. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to manage application development and delivery to multiple customers using Office 365-based applications. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You Have: 20+ years of experience with developing applications and automation using Army Enterprise low-code/no-code systems Knowledge of Agile software development, requirements management, stakeholder management, user testing, application security, and software design Ability to translate user and stakeholder needs to distributed low-code/no-code developer teams Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, IT, Business Systems, or Engineering field Secret clearance Nice If You Have: Experience with hands-on development of PowerApps, workflows, and user interface design Knowledge of Office365 application development best practices, coding standards, governance, and testing Ability to use Agile software development tools, including Jira to capture and track backlog and Agile metrics Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). Work Model Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
