Logistics and Catering Supervisor *King David Tacos* Founded in Brooklyn in 2016, King David Tacos is a woman-owned CPG / Hospitality hybrid food company, focused on making a better on-the-go breakfast. Our breakfast tacos are critically-acclaimed, and we have established the breakfast taco market in New York. We operate out of our 11,000 sf HQ in Prospect Heights. We produce all of our ingredients and menu items daily and then package our breakfast tacos for grab'n'go. We are a vertically-integrated, omnichannel business, currently distributing our breakfast tacos across Retail (brick and mortar, mobile, catering) and Wholesale (foodservice).Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Catering Supervisor to manage logistics, catering operations, and event coordination at King David Tacos. This role ensures timely deliveries, inventory management, and exceptional customer service during catering events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support a dynamic and fast-paced team. Free tacos and queso staff meal every day! 50% staff discount on additional items Schedule: REQUIRED: Full-time, Early Morning, Saturdays and Sunday availability required Please note the start time of this shift is ** 4:30am daily** Key Responsibilities Logistics and Delivery Management: Oversee retail, wholesale, and catering deliveries, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained. Optimize routes , work with drivers and ensure fleet readiness. Event and Catering Operations: Manage catering orders, coordinate with production and operations teams, and ensure successful execution of off-site events.  Customer Relations: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to catering services. Compliance and Safety: Ensure food safety standards are met and that catering services comply with health regulations. Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with KDT values. Support staff training and ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational excellence. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in food service or logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. NYC Food Handler's License required or ability to get one Experience in team leadership and staff management. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to manage logistics, catering, and deliveries efficiently.
