Global Financial Firm located in New York, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.****Video/ f2f interviews are required prior to all offers.Pay rate range: $72.00 - $85.00 Negotiable based upon years of experienceJob Title: Data Integration Sr Lead AnalystJD:The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.Responsibilities:Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships withGather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communicationSimultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communicationsDevelop content for relevant governance forumsLead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior ManagementLiaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agendaLead work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomyDevelop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communication applications of new processes and facilitating the change management program to move to the new processQualifications:10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferredStrong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilitiesDetailed understanding of Financial products specifically - Derivatives and RetailComprehensive knowledge of Regulatory Reporting ( e.g knowledge of Basel 3 Derivatives , Basel End Game/ SA-CCR)Understanding of credit Risk and or counterparty RiskPrevious experience with Client systems highly preferredCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsCollaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectivesStrong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levelsOptimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the "big picture" while paying close attention to detailOrganizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.Education:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
