We are looking for aproduction development technicianwhose primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the sample production planIf you would like to work in a family-oriented, dynamic, growing company that offers great pay, a generous benefits package and opportunities foradvancement apply hereGreat Benefits$22.00/ hr, opportunities for advancement and pay increasesHealth, Dental VisionPTOSTD, LTD insurance401K with Company MatchQualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education strongly preferred.1-3 years experience working in BCF yarn extrusion.Basic computer skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Responsibilities and Duties:Follow proper safety procedures (Wear PPE)Ability to work efficiently alone or as a teamSet up extrusion machine parameters on machine control systems per Technical SheetUse precision gauges, meters, and lab equipment for measurementsAssist with some lab testing upon trainingMake mechanical/technical adjustments to a machine if necessaryWork with lab personnel to make sure desired color/properties are metIdentify material correctly through labeling for tuftingSegregate all Developmental Waste for proper trackingData tracking/ data transfer of any necessary adjustmentsMaintain and keep a clean work areaFollow all safety rules for the department and the entire facility.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift to 50 lbs. and perform spin pack and filter changesWorkScheduleMonday - Friday 8 AM-5 PMTo join our team apply here.
