Mobile Building Engineer

Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile Building Engineer  Location: Phoenix, AZ What's the Job? Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and compliance with applicable standards. Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control. Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment. Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification. Valid driver's license. What's in it for me?
