Job descriptionJoe's Art Time, LLC seeks a creative and compassionate Art Therapist or Creative Arts Therapist to join our team. We are dedicated to emphasizing the role of arts programming in enriching our community through creativity.Requirements:Master's degree or higher in Art Therapy.Must have experience working with children and adult populations.Experience developing and implementing art therapy directives and protocolsMust complete training from and work under the supervision of a credentialed art therapist.Administrative and social media marketing experience preferred.Must have reliable transportation and can commute up to 2 hours to facilities.Responsibilities:Lead art therapy art-making sessions.Prep themes and supplies for art-making sessions.Establish procedures to follow in group sessions.Required Skills & Abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must understand best practices within the field of Art Therapy and Arts in Health.Must be able to complete a Level 2 Background check.
