Position Details: Perform all tasks required to open the bar and set up for service, preparing garnishes and syrups Prepare beverages for guests at the bar and in the dining room Serve food to guests at the bar and in the dining room, as needed Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, create memorable guest experiences Guide guests through any questions and make intentional recommendations Anticipate guest needs and create strong member relationships Maintain current knowledge of food and beverage menus Assist in create seasonal cocktail lists Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality Ability to work cleanly and maintain attention to detail Ability to work an open schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, punctual and self- motivated Point of Sale experience Ideal Candidates Possess:  Well-versed in wine and spirits culture.   Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences.   Ability to assume full responsibility for menu content and deliver excellent service. The ability to function comfortably in busy environments. The desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere.
