Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PM Line Cook for our restaurant located at 1104 W Taylor St.  Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to our established recipes and quality standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak hours. Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning to maintain consistency and quality. Handle, store, and rotate food items in compliance with food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation regulations. Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu and daily specials. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred. Solid knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills. A passion for delivering exceptional food and exceeding customer expectations.
