Our client is looking for a senior Project Manager to work within their application development area to help various enterprise product teams. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. W2 Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting technical requirements. Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders. Manage project budget and resources, ensuring all activities are carried out within the allocated budget. Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure infrastructure design meets technical requirements for application development and deployment. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain detailed project plans, reports, and other documentation. Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future projects. Experience Requirements: Proven ability to work with Microsoft-centric technologies for software development and deployment. Experience with SQL. Experience with DevOps. 10+ years as a functional project manager. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available.
